Pipe Cap Breaks Over Cubicle

At a local office building a sewer pipe end cap broke resulting in a large mess. SERVPRO responded quickly within the first hour of the losses occurrence. The building managers were nice enough to meet us at the lobby and bring us to the scene of the emergency. They were a little flustered like anyone would be in a situation like this, but were very helpful in showing us this situation.  There was a lot of water and debris to be extracted and our heavy duty equipment conquered the task quite easily.
