Broken Pipe Flood

During cold winter weather, there is a chance for pipes to burst with fluctuating temperatures. In this case in an office building, this pipe burst and effected 3 floors with water. SERVPRO of Overbrook/Wynnefield was called out to the scene to start the mitigation process.  We were able to extract the majority of the water and then put down air movers/dehumidifiers to wick up the remaining moisture. The drying process went pretty quickly and the property managers were surprised when the building was dried faster than they expected.
