Toilet Overflow Damage

At a residential job this week, a toilet overflowed and the water flowed down into the kitchen. Sounds like a huge disaster, and it was, but SERVPRO was able to make it "Like it never even happened." Making a situation like this as stress-free as possible is a huge part of how our company works with our customers. Much of the ceiling and flooring had to be cut out because moisture built up into the materials. If we do not remove this, it could lead to a lingering odor. Pictured is the before and after pics of the ceiling being cut out.
