Apartment Building Lobby

Pictured here is a before and after shot of the 5 story apartment building we worked on recently. We are just starting to take our equipment off the site. Everything is dry and now the rebuild process will occur on all affected areas. In the before picture you can see water is still coming through the ceiling quickly. The after picture shows everything is dry now. A sprinkler system pipe had accidentally been broken resulting in a massive amount of water draining into an apartment on the 5th floor and streaming all the way down to the lobby. The water also effected the apartments in between, some of which had no current residents. SERVPRO of Overbrook/Wynnefield was able to mitigate the situation and the apartment building is up and running!
